We had a lovely stay at this location. It was close to a lot of restaurants. Ocean views from the lanai are beautiful day and night. It is well maintained and everything that we needed was provided.

Came out for Ironman 70.3 Hawaii. Race was up north in Kohala but decided to stay in Kona. Right choice. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Wonderful views. Grocery and restaurants close by. The condo also has all beach things you need - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. This made for great beach outings. Had fantastic stay

Best things about this Unit were 1) View from balcony WOW, 2) location of unit 3) amenities inside the unit. Concerns were the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom (got really hot) and the datedness of the unit. It needs an upgrade. There is an OLD-stuff smell. One other concern was the lack of response from Kona Vacations when I called and left a message about problem with viewing TV. I had to call Spectrum company to resolve the issue. But, we appreciated the pool area, the location and VIEW. If this were a 2 bedroom unit, we'd probably stay here next time we are in Kona.

It was peaceful and relaxing. The condo was in good shape except the bathroom handle was loose. The view was great!
