Location is convenient to shopping, the trolly and a small shopping mall.

Very much enjoyed our stay here! The home was exactly as advertised...welcoming, clean, comfortable, and in a location that is both quiet and convenient. Also found the reservation, check-in, check-out, and general communication surrounding our stay to be seamless and very well thought-out. Would absolutely recommend!

This was an easy process to rent such a beautiful condo. It was absolutely perfect. Very clean, modern and updated, had everything we needed including pool toys, beach chairs, coolers. I really appreciate the full-size washer and dryer which was very updated. Very easy check in process. Location is perfect. Hardly anyone ever at the gym or the pool. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone to stay here.

Close to grocery and restaurants…especially enjoyed premade foods at KTA. Nice little farmers market right outside property. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. View from main floor was great but awesome from the master bedroom, many fabulous sunsets to enjoy. Will definitely consider Kona coast Vacations for future stays.

Only glitch was I missed the email with check in instructions. After getting it re-sent everything was great. Great communication on Michelle’s end. Books with everything you need to know about condo and island. Three comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths. Perfect for my husband and our adult kids and their partners. Everything you need is in the kitchen. We made lovely smoothies with our fruit stand haul. Close to everything and a great jumping off point for beaches and excursions. Very close to shopping (walkable to drug store). Great hot tub (closes at 9pm) and pool. Has beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and other beach gear. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
