Both the unit and the host were great. Unit was much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The booking and check-in experiences were fantastic and really inspired confidence ahead of my stay. The only downsides were the slow Internet and the sliding doors, which were a bit of a pinching hazard when opening them all the way. If you're looking to stay in Waikoloa, Kolea is a great spot.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was big, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the location of the pool and beach. The only issue we had was when we booked there was a pull out couch listed. The couch was changed to a small sectional which my son did fine sleeping with on. I would definitely stay here again!

You guys the best if you have 3 bedrooms please let me know we live Hilo and love to get away

Very nice condo with plenty of amenities. Everything we needed and then some. Very quiet when we were there and nice rooms. Short walk to pool and beach.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Check in process was easy we only needed the code for a door and gate and that was sent in an email. We were never bothered. The only down about the whole thing was that there was Hair in the shower and I sent an email addressing that and received an apology immediately. You cannot ask for a better location. We were in walking distance to the beach and the resort area is absolutely nice, beautifully kept and quiet. There are a lot of rules but in my opinion I would rather have lots of rules and stay in a beautiful kept and quiet environment. The shops in the area were a major plus. Island gourmet was a huge bonus for the area for snacks and quick good food. Starbucks in the area was on point every single time and very fast. having private beach access was amazing. We actually did not visit any other beaches.. having a little baby it made it very easy and convenient. The beds were kind of hard but that is just a personal preference you can’t make everyone happy in that department. The whole wiakoloa area is beautiful and we do not regret booking. You get what you pay for. The concierge service did book a reservation for us and I wish that where he booked and himself would’ve reminded us that we could possibly need Dramamine for our helicopter tour. Very expensive ride and the motion sickness was horrible. We received several emails and info and that was never listed. It’s important.. Over all we loved our stay!
