Great location, close to KTA, well stocked.

This condo we rented was perfect for my family of 5 plus my mom! The location is wonderful! This condo is nice and roomy for a family and the 3 bedrooms and bathroom was really nice to have. Never felt crowded. The location was also great because it was just a quick drive to all the fun beaches and entertainment.

Great unit! Lots of space, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens. Large Lanai with a great view over the golf course and of the ocean. Very quiet. There is grocery shopping and restaurants close by, and a short drive to many small beaches and Kailua-Kona. Unit was clean, as pictured and as advertised. Would stay here again.

This unit has everything you need for a great, relaxing and/or active stay on the Big Island! This is our fourth time to Kailua-Kona and this is the best place we have stayed in. Walk to the market in the morning or to rent bikes. Short drive to all that is Kona. Fantastic sunsets as you unwind at night. Mahalo to the owners/management team!

We were very happy with our choice to stay in #318, the location was great, the unit itself was very clean and well presented and suited our family perfectly. I can’t stress enough how wonderful it was to sit and enjoy a meal or beverage on the lanai! The view is fantastic! It does get very bright and warm in the afternoon but the roll down shade (that you can still see through) and ceiling fan really helped. The unit was well stocked with spices, teas, sweeteners etc as well as foil, plastic wrap and ziplock bags. The one thing that surprised me is there wasn’t a small package of coffee for the first morning. We arrived very late at night so I was so glad I brought some with me. Such a minor thing but if you need a coffee first thing, plan accordingly! For anyone wondering as I did, there is a Keurig and drip coffee maker to use. We will definitely be back and this unit will be the first one I check for availability. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully next time! Kona Coast Vacations were great to deal with and answered my questions quickly when I had any. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful home. Excellent view. Everything we wanted and needed. Here for our daughters wedding and just enjoyed ourselves very much. Felt very comfortable. Hopefully we can return soon.
