Great condo in the Shores. Comfy, and good soace for two couples. Kitchen well stocked (but the knives sre crappy so had to work around that a bit…) no big deal.

We had a lovely stay at Waikoloa Shores 115. The unit is well-equipped and comfortable for four of us. I appreciated that the bed in one bedroom has been replaced but the master bedroom definitely needs a new bed, as does the sofa bed. I realise beach gear is never guaranteed but I feel every trip to Hawaii involves beaches and chairs should be a minimum requirement and is very appreciated by guests. The two chairs in our unit were broken. Luckily we had friends in other units that we could borrow from. I really enjoyed the location of the unit, near the pool and tennis courts. It's also great that it's walking distance to A-Bay and the shops. We've stayed at Colony Villas before and found that was a bit further from things.  __________________________________________________ Response from Kona Coast Vacations: Mahalo for your feedback Kelly! The mattresses have been replaced. We do not provide or keep inventory of beach gear. Most times beach chairs, coolers and other items come and go at rental properties. Some items end up damaged and/or rusty in our moist salt air climate and are not replaced. Rather than disappointing you and your family by providing substandard, broken, worn items or in some cases none, Kona Coast Vacations recommends renting these items. This property was everything we were hoping for! It is situated on the ground floor, with the lanai overlooking a lovely koi pond (where we enjoyed our morning coffee). It was a short walk to the ocean (where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets). I would definitely stay here again!

Home in the heart of Waikoloa. Close (walking distance, 10-15min max.) to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Property is clean and well kept. It doesn't have a warm, loved, homey feel...obviously a rental and not someone's part time home (lacking warmth).

Wonderful from start to finish. We loved our location and the first floor unit!
