Very nice rental near beaches and away from the busy Kona district , but still close to drive to

Very private and exceptionally clean.

Very comfortable stay. The location was fantastic -close to the pool, and a quick walk to the Queens and Kings shopping area. This unit has an RO water system, but it was not working. Not a big deal, but would have been nice.

Very clean and spacious! Nice balcony that can comfortably seat 5 adults.... Located in a great complex that is in easy walking distance to shopping and the beach. Really want to emphasize how clean it was! Thank you!

We had a great time in Kona, and really enjoyed the portion of our stay at Fairway Villas Unit C22. The unit was very welcoming, very well equipped, well situated within the complex and comfortable.

The unit is a generous size, well laid out, well equipped, and very well located within the property. Pool and exercise room and gate are all close. Walking distance to Kings and Queens shops. Short drive or easy walk to A'bay beach. Hapuna beach, Spenser's beach, Kona, and the airport are all less than 30 minutes drive from the unit. Easy access to Waikoloa Village and Saddle road to Hilo is an added benefit for this location. We really appreciated the beach equipment at the unit, including the cooler bag, the two umbrellas and the good quality beach chairs. The master bed was quite comfortable, the ceiling fans and A/C worked well. The reverse osmosis water supply and garburator were great additions to the kitchen. The kettle leaks and needs to be replaced. We would definitely look to stay in this unit on future vacations to Kona.
