Again everybody was good except for the horrible wifi. Had to stay in contact with home and had to use up all my data and then some to do so because of the bad/weak wifi. Everything else was good.

Ever live in a beach town or really given it a lot of thought? Not a passing thought but really imagine living there and what you’d want and want to avoid? For us, B38 had everything we want and nothing we didn’t. It really is perfect. For us (50s, without kids/grandkids). We wanted to not compromise on beachfront property with awesome views from the unit. We wanted quiet but easy access to town. Kona Isle B38 delivers completely. The pool and the sandy beach area with chairs was an amazing bonus. It was so quiet and so peaceful and only a 5 minute drive to the main town. There were never any crowds or a shortage of chairs at either the pool or the beach. Just amazingly relaxing. Try getting that at a big complex or hotel. Furthermore, Hawaii is all about the feel. Want a corporate decorated box? Go to a hotel. B38 exceeded expectations even with the amazing pictures. From the little details, like the turtle etchings on the glass blocks in the shower to the floor tiles bringing the color and feeling of outside in to the furniture, inside and out, with the tropical themed carvings. Just incredible. Feels like exactly what one would do with their own perfect slice of heaven. And the air conditioning, in both the bedroom and living room are exceptional. Very efficient and very welcome. Everything was in perfect working order and more than fully supplied. Really, just imagine exactly what you’d want in Kona. B38 is it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The condo had everything we needed--great attention to detail. The air conditioning was great and the condo was very comfortable and quiet. We would love to come stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying in this unit! I have stayed in several different units on property and this is my favorite so far. I appreciate that it was clean, well stocked, and had nice furniture and theming. The view from the patio and now stomping feet above us made walking to the third floor worth it!

Lovely place with a great view of the ocean. Lots of good resources detailing things to keep in mind in the condo as well (e.g. locations of items within the condo and places to visit in the area.) Super clean on arrival with good amenities.
