Clean, quiet enough to hear the waves hit the shore. Good kitchen. What more could you ask?

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had all the items we needed and even some we didn't expect. Coolers, sunscreen, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards! We were far enough away from downtown Kona so the complex was very quiet. We met some neighbors who have owned their condo 42 years. The complex is very well kept. It was nice to have coffee by the ocean in the morning. A car is needed unless you love walking to get into Kona.

This unit had everything + more for our convenience. We really enjoyed the BBQ's by the ocean and meeting other guests and owners. Great value and very comfortable unit.

I loved this condo, from the location to all the amenities included in the condo. Really cute little pool, beautiful location just about a mile south of Kona town, not on a swimmable beach but a great spot to just watch the ocean. There were 2 comfortable beach chairs, a few beach pads, plenty of beach towels, coolers, and even some spices in the kitchen.
