Wonderful single bedroom unit in a nice complex. Great bed, good washroom, good living room & kitchen and wonderful porch. Unit has a great sunset viewing area, saltwater pool, regular pool and BBQ / eating area. Highly recommend this unit.

This was my families third time staying at this lovely relaxing oceanfront spotlessly clean and comfortable home from home ( and I never stay anywhere twice!).The beds are fabulous,the kitchen is well equipped and spacious for the 4 of us.With ocean front,security,spotless and spacious grounds,elevator and peaceful people.Could not fault the booking or place and we will be back!!

We had a great time staying in unit 306. It is not a huge condo but was big enough for my wife and our 12 and 3 year old and a great value. The pull out bed in the living room is actually comfortable. We had all of the pots, pans, and plates we needed. We loved using both of the pools and watching the waves crash at the seaside pool. The patio area near the ocean was great and we cooked out every night on the gas grills while watching the sunset over the ocean. The complex was very clean and the people were friendly. The experience was great from the time we started the reservation process to the final day of our stay. Communication was great with all of the informational emails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and a group of friends each have a condo Casa de emdeko in January. We loved the common eating area with grills & tables and chairs both in the sun & shade. The central garden & pool area is lovely and brings bird song & provides palm trees for shade. Other guests long time and short-term were friendly but we were able to enjoy our privacy also. Kona Coast vacations was very responsive & helpful for all our needs. The building is older but quiet and well maintained. We can recommend this property and the rental company with confidence. And we love Kona even if we do end up driving a lot.
