My girlfriend and I spent a week at the place with Kona Coast Vacations, and it was amazing. The space was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was so close to the water that we could hear the waves with the door open all through the day and night, which was so relaxing. The building is also very centrally located in Kona, just a few minutes to the downtown area, so exploring on foot or by bike was very simple and easy. We were very encouraged to explore all the time because of how easy it was to get to and from the place. Great time overall!

First time booking through Kona Coast Vacations and I have to say, it was perfectly smooth, no hitches at all. The Condo ( C32) at Kona Isle was exactly as described, the photos were accurate. It was sweet, clean, and perfectly located... not too far out of downtown Kona, but just far enough to be away to be nice and quiet. The beach was delightful, we sat many mornings under the palm trees watching the little yellow Tang fish in the surf. Having washer/dryer in the unit saved a lot of extra packing. Little marketplace just a 2 minute walk up the road ( the truck there had AMAZING crepes!). Would definitely stay here again! Date of Stay: 3/8/17 to 3/18/17

All the island adventures kept us so busy. We went snorkeling, swam at the pool, walked to the nearby marketplace, strolled the Kona-Kailua boardwalk area, did some fine dining, swam with the manta-rays, went on a whale watching tour, saw the volcano, and relaxed, relaxed, relaxed! It was so great to be able to prepare a bite and head to our next adventure. The view of the ocean from the lanai was beautiful and we could hear the ocean waves crashing. The weather was so beautiful we didn't need the A/C on at all. And the rain only happened when we slept - but it kept the island lush and beautiful. We plan to return ASAP. Thanks so much - it was better than we imagined.

Has 3 bbq's right on the beach. The condo complex is well maintained and is very quiet in the evening. Having assigned parking was a nice plus. Lack of wifi in the condo was a bit of a bummer but not a huge deal (they have wifi in the office on site) all in all a nice place to stay. Aloha

Visited my daughter in Kona. The condo was great for us. It had a nice pool area and a great view of ocean from their beach/picnic area. Very close to town and activities. Nice quiet, relaxing property!
