The home is beautiful. Its in a great safe location. The pool was great for morning sun and then take an easy walk to the beach for afternoon beach time. The home is in good shape with every thing we needed. Its also close to Alii for shopping and food. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location near Keiki beach was a draw for us. Spent plenty of time on the lanai and in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to Kona and what a memorable trip! The villa was a delight and plenty large for our family of 7. The pool was a great way for the kiddos to play once worn out from day adventuring and the short stroll to the majestic ocean soul soothing for myself and my husband. The AC in each room was ideal and making sleeping so much easier! We loved all of the stay and look forward to visiting again.

We had the most amazing time staying in this home during our 9 day vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We lived on the island for many years and typically vacation in Waikoloa, but we thought we’d take a chance staying in Kona this time around. The A/C worked perfectly in all the rooms, there was ample space for our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 teens), the house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped for family meals. We could easily walk to Ali’i drive for shopping and sightseeing. The Keiki beach was steps from the front door. We spent early mornings and sunset here. It’s a perfect beach for small children but it kept our older children busy with snorkeling and cooling off. We even spotted a Honu on our first day there. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this home in the future. Thank you Kona Coast Vacations, this vacation provided lasting memories for our family.

The home was perfect and had all the essentials for our stay. Close to town and a beach. Could walk to the village which was a great plus. Very secluded home and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great house and location. We did have a few issues on arrival but they were quickly fixed. Overall, we loved our 10 day stay!
