great property - the lanai is fantastic and so close to the queens bath. Property management was very responsive. Enjoyed the nearby tennis. Walk to town almost daily - but its a mile or so to downtown Kona. Would definitely go back.

The views from the lanai are breathtaking! And the outdoor furniture is inviting, sturdy, and comfortable. This location can't be beat for convenience to Keiki Beach, a great toddler playground, food, shopping, and services. The beach is less than 100 steps along the seawall. There is a short-cut to the playground and no need to walk along a public road. In early September, there was only one twin bed, the others being designed for couples, which can be a little awkward for kids and teens. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, but no indoor bathtubs to bathe babies. The management was very responsive to our inquiries. The security patrols made us feel safe and comfortable. Worth every penny for the convenience and great memories.

We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals but this one is the ultimate. The house is ideal and spacious. The views are perfect. The ocean is so close. And the Kiki beach is literally 50 yards from the house. We ate dinner outside every night and watched the waves for hours. The kids loved searching for geckos. Excellent sunsets and lots of memories made there.

Gorgeous property, right on the water. Perfect for families with small kids as the keiki pond is right out the door. The water is warm and shallow, no surf and lots of sand. The back lanai has an amazing ocean view with a wonderful breeze. There are chaise lounges, sofas, comfortable chairs and a great outdoor dining table. We started and ended our days here. The kitchen has everything you could ever want. The bedrooms are gorgeous as are the bathrooms. And it has a washing machine and dryer! The gated community is quiet, secure and just minutes from downtown, so easy access to a grocery store. The property management company is extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again,.
