The 512 Mauna Lani Villages unit was very nice as was the development. Very convenient to shopping and beaches. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. It was great to be able to use the garage to park cars out of the sun. We did have issues with the BBQ not working. This was fixed by maintenance after a few days. The BBQ needs more repairs but it did work. The toilet in the downstairs bedroom bath had a leaky valve which caused it to refill every 5 minutes or so - maintenance fixed this issue after a few days. The washing machine makes some very loud noises which disturb sleep. Sounds like there's a brick in there during part of the cycle. All said and done, we were happy with the rental and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. First time to the Big Island although we've been to Hawaii many times. We'll be back.

Extremely clean and well equipped . Only issue were the noisy family staying in the townhouse that was attached to ours....nothing that the management company controls. Lovely condo and we will be staying there again next year.

We had a wonderful time in this home; everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We love the close by amenities like shopping, the beaches and other activities. This townhome is close to the pool also.
