Love the lanai. AC , the bedroom needed the fan

A nice place on the oceanfront, top floor and minutes from the soul of Kona. Fun place to stay, seems to have a lot of history and heart.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is unbeatable, quiet and private, with ocean within a hundred feet or so, but close to the shopping/restaurant area. The unit was very quiet and clean. We had some problems with reservation process and ran into some one off with the unit, but I don't think it's going to impact next guests. On the negative side, there is no good sandy beach nearby and the complex feels a bit dated.

We loved the view from this unit and loved the location close to town. It was great having a kitchen and having laundry too. The condo complex is safe and clean. We will definitely be back!

Great location for the price! Amazing view and access to building amenities made this a great spot to stay on our trip.
