This property is in a great location and was very clean. We had a few issues during our stay and property management responded right away and did what they could to help. We would stay here again.

This penthouse is exactly what we had envisioned after reading the reviews from other renters. We enjoyed everything about this place, location, sunset view from the Lanai, amenities, size of the rooms, bathrooms, etc. Rental office staff was very courteous and responsive! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to return back to the island and stay here.

The place was wonderful.

We just got home from our 21 day adventure on the Big Island. The Penthouse is fantastic, so well stocked, and centrally located. The Kona Vacations team is very responsive and David their concierge has world class offerings. The condo is everything it says and more. You will not be disappointed with the penthouse!

This place is wonderful. We spent hours on the lanai watching the surfers and enjoying the sunsets. The place encompasses the entire top floor which wasn't clear to us at first in the description. There were two if us, but the place could easily accommodate two couples or a family. Our only very minor negative would be the neighbor that ran a blower everyday at 7AM sharp. Some reviews mention street noise, but with the wonderful sound of waves, we never noticed street noise. Directions to place were okay and included photos of turn off Alii. It was a little confusing regarding where to park, at first, but when you get close you'll see the parking places are marked well on the ground floor. Directions say to pass a sky blue house coming up the hill, but parking is before the blue house. All in all, this place is amazing!

This place was a great find! You can just walk across the street to snorkel or surf. A supermarket and some restaurants are 2-3 minute drive. No loud music or drunken people hollering at night to worry about. You can sit at the spacious lanai and enjoy the amazing sunset. Inside is very spacious. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Plenty of ceiling fans and air conditioners to keep you comfortable. The complimentary supplies were more than enough for my party of 2 that stayed for 5 days. The handy elevator was a plus. If I ever return to Big Island, I will be looking to rent this place again. Highly recommended.
