Love the house, so open air and great views! Good location to town too. Especially appreciated the customer service we received. We were given detailed and timely information about our stay and great having a friendly concierge to set up activities and get recommendations!

Perfectly located and inviting space for our late family Thanksgiving. All was as promised

We have stayed at Alii Villas before. We rented this unit because of the cost and location. I gave it five star reviews because, for the price, it was well worth it. I didn’t expect the unit to be new, with new beds and furnishings. The place was clean, welcoming and had a nice view. The kitchen was clean, had good dishes and cooking utensils. There was a problem with the WiFi. Kona Concierge was great, had the crew over as soon as possible.. it took some work, but the guys were great! Nice, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. The pool area and barbecue area are quite nice and well kept. So, to sum up, we felt we got what we paid for, plus, met some very nice people.

We have stayed there before, that is the reason we stayed there this year. Everything you could possibly need on vacation was provided. The view from the lanai was fabulous. Spent a alot of mornings and evenings there. Very quite and peaceful. Hope to stay there in the future. Mahalo.
