The location is quite lovely; With white sand beach across the street. Walmart for shopping is minutes away. The guest binder has so much information in it and was quite valuable. It’s a first floor unit with parking under the building at ground level. There are stairs to first floor. The grounds are beautiful and there a pool/hot tub with loungers. It never felt crowded. The unit was beyond my expectations for items available for use. Kitchen spices, provisions and gadgets. There is an entire closet full of beach gear to use as well. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens and bonus washer and dryer for use. That part alone was fantastic! Thank you for a comfortable and safe home base as we explored this beautiful island!

We had a great stay at Mike/Cher’s condo! Tons of space for our family and this place has everything you need! We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our longer stay. The pool and bbq area was a great way to end the day with the family. There’s a dedicated parking spot that’s covered so it’s good to keep the car in the shade during the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook and there was plenty of counter space to prep. The A/C worked great in the hot summer months and the washer dryer in unit was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time. Saw the whole island. Did lots of new things. Turned out to be a wonderful Graduation gift for our twin granddaughters

My family, husband, 9 year old son and myself spent 10 days over spring break in this lovely condo. Mike was great to work with and answered all my questions prior to booking, travel and when we were there. When my family travels we 99% of the time to vacation rentals, as a result I am pretty picky about where we stay. Things that Stand Out: - Great AC - Kitchen was well stocked and I loved the labeling of where things needed to be put back. - The patio was wonderful and had several places to sit, I was able to do my morning yoga to the sound of the birds. -Beds were really good -Washer and Dryer were a life saver -The location was really nice 3 to 5 min walk to Magic Sands Beach. -HIBIKE bike docking station was 5 minutes walk. This was a huge plus for me. -5 to 8 minute Drive to a shopping center. -Nice Pool and Quiet Complex Nice Parking Spot -Great shared Gas BBQ Things I wish I had really thought about or known before we booked. It wouldn't have changed anything. -Magic Sands Beach looses a most of its sand in the winter and has to build up. We rented for my son to be with in walking distance of boogie boarding. Summer this would have been amazing for our family. -Stairs for this unit is one flight up and the elevator requires you to use stairs. This was not a problem for us, but my husband commented a couple time if one of us had mobility issues it could have been a challenge. -The condo was clean over all, there were a couple of things that needed a bit more attention. But they were minor and wouldn't have stopped our family from staying. But there are always a couple of things aren't there any place you stay. -It is about a 15 to 20 minute into town. It was a lovely stay and we would stay in this condo again with out a problem.

We had a great stay and we were very pleased with the two bedroom two bathroom set up. The condo is quite large with lots of space for everyone. AC, wifi, all plumbing works very well. The pool and bbq facilities are excellent. The beach across the street is called Magic Sands because sometimes there is sand and sometimes there isn’t. We managed to find many other lovely beaches to enjoy as the sand was “out” at Magic Sand beach when we stayed. Magics restaurant across the street is excellent! We explored the entire island from this location. I have already recommended this condo to people!

Very clean. Everything functional. Even beach toys were included. Nice lanai with partial view of the ocean in the distance.
