We loved this condo. It was very quiet and easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was clean and well maintained. I also really appreciated the great communication from Kona Coast Vacations before our arrival as well as during.

I enjoyed working with Kona Coast Vacations on my renace to vacation condo rental in Waikoloa. The KCV team was quick to respond to questions, generally answering my call immediately and emails promptly, even during off hours. The rental process was very well organized with a follow up call after our arrival to confirm we were happy and make recommendations for our stay. Most of all, the unit itself was in perfect condition from the cleaning and maintenance to decor and amenities provided. I could not be happier with the entire rental process and look forward to working with KCV in the future.

For the price this property is the best location in the area. We’ve stayed at a few of the different properties here in Waikoloa. The Vistas is great because of the huge lanai’s, nice pool and common area. Walkable to Hilton, Marriott (A-Bay beach), and shops. The condo was really clean, upon entering there was the beach towels. We were given 4 for the two of us, vs the 2 promised so that was nice. There is nothing in the kitchen you would need that isn’t provided. The appliances are top notch. The furniture was comfortable for the evenings in front of the TV. Although, the TV didn’t seem to have more than 10 channels just repeated vs what was shown in the book provided. We also did not have any beach items. A small cooler would be nice. I suspect there may have been things in the lanai closet but we were not given the key. The app was helpful to give lots of ideas for food, things to do. They reach out to you on your first day to offer any extra help needed. The beds were fine, those are just one of those things that one person will love but not another. The shower in the master was a bit small but the bathrooms themselves have been upgraded from the original. Plenty of items supplied, shampoo etc. and paper products. I could have used a dirty clothes hamper or basket. No hot sun on lanai in the afternoons. Private and very little road noise. I would stay at this condo again.

This is a well-taken care of and well-equipped condo in the heart of the Waikoloa Resort area. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary items so we could enjoy eating "at home." Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and relaxing.

This place really took our breath away. It was impeccably clean (I’m picky) and the furnishings all looked brand new. It was very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, dishes, and spices we needed to cook multiple meals. The lanai was huge, and comfortable, and the complex was very quiet. We especially appreciated all of the beach gear provided, including multiple chairs, beach umbrellas, pool and sand toys, coolers, and a great little wagon to lug everything to the beach. The pool is huge, heated to a perfect temperature, and 3 1/2 feet deep, which was great for my 6 year-old. I only wish that beach access was a bit closer, as it is quite a hike to get to A-bay on foot, but it’s a very short drive. Overall we were very happy with our stay at this unit!

Vista Waikoloa D201 was a very nice unit and very spacious. The balcony was huge and we used it a lot for meals and lounging. The grounds were very well kept and maintained daily The extra amenities such as wagon, 4 beach chairs, variety of coolers, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, etc. was a very pleasant surprise I would definitely recommend this unit.
