Enjoyed my booking with Kona coast vacations. Much better than Airbnb or VRBO. Professionally cleaned and managed. Answered my questions quickly and communicated clearly through email before and during the trip. Would def book with them again if they managed rentals on the other Hawaiian islands.

We had a wonderful time in Kona. This is my 5th time staying and various units in the Casa complex. Unit 304 had the best equipped kitchen of any unit stayed at before. Everything was very neat and clean upon arrival. I reported issues with the toilet and it was repaired the same day. The appliances were new and all worked well with the exception of the dryer. We cleaned all the lint filters even washing them and it still took forever to dry a light load of wash. There is either something wrong with the dryer or proper operating instructions need to be provided. The Casa complex as usual was well taken are of. We will stay at this complex again next visit to Kona

An amazing deal! Lovely property.

Prime location! There’s a little convenience store right out front. All the shops were just down the road. The salt water infinity pool was one of our favorite parts as well as the private beach! Our apartment was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. They had pool floaties we used as well as beach chair which we took to the beach. They had all the essential cooking supplies like Pam cooking spray and more. I always appreciate when places have things like this because it’s the last thing you want to buy on vacation. The appliances and bathroom were very modern and up to date which we liked. We also LOVED that they had an elevator, we didn’t have to lug our suitcases up stairs! It’s the little things! If you plan on staying here make sure you walk down the driveway on the left of the check-in office to get to the elevator. Also Kona Coast Vacations made checking into our room very easy, great instructions.

Wonderful updated unit that fit our needs perfectly. Clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The door to the wash machine closet needs repaired. It slides off the tracks. Otherwise absolutely perfect.
