A gorgeous setting. The house was very comfortable and everything was so “thought out” to make our stay perfect. We loved the location and the view takes your breath away. We would highly recommend this property.

We had an absolutely perfect week at the hapuna modern house. We had 6 adults and 2 small children (2 and 8 months) and everyone had a blast! This house has everything you could possibly need and more. Pictures don’t even compare to the real thing. We were blown away by the attention to detail and amount of care put into every aspect of this house. David was so quick to respond to any question and recommend a fabulous private chef (big I private chef) as well as as a company to rent every possible baby item you could need (aloha Kona kids). Fantastic experience with all recommendations from the concierge. We are so thankful to the owners for letting us rent this beautiful luxury home. Can’t wait to come back!

Look, my family and I have stayed in really nice rentals over the years and every single member of our group said the same thing - this was the best rental we have ever had the privilege of staying in. There aren't pictures or words that do it justice. You have to stay in it to see. As picture perfect as it is in the listing, it's better in person. Thank you to the homeowners for creating such an incredible place to vacation. We will most certainly be back!

The private home that we stayed in was the most amazing place we have ever been to for a vacation. It had amazing views of the Pacific, especially at sunset, and the Big Island mountain range. If we ever are able to return to the islands that view will be hard to beat. The support staff was helpful at every turn and we would definitely use them to return to the Kona Coast anytime.

This house was incredible and perfect for a multi-generational family. We each had our private space and family space. The kids stayed in the pool from dawn to dark! It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Needless to say, it made our trip even more special. Oh, I forgot to mention the view!!!! Spectacular! We will certainly go back, if the opportunity arises.
