Fully equipped well located condo overlooking a fairway. Nice balcony. The property was very quiet. We used the elevator to haul the luggage up and down. We liked it.

F31 had everything! Clean, well stocked, great location, stylish, quiet and beautiful! We’ve been to Hawaii many times and by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. The management company was also excellent at communicating. We will definitely return to this slice of heaven!

Great place to stay on the Big Island! Everything was very central for all of our needs. The place itself was clean, organized, and beautiful. Definitely will consider coming back to this property in the future!
