The view was amazing. The pool was perfect. The location was spot on. Everything was as advertised. Clean, quiet, perfect.

The property itself was clean and the view was spectacular

This property was just as advertised. Amazing views from the lanai, fully equipped kitchen, a great pool and hot tub, and complimentary beach gear. We were given very clear instructions for finding the place and checking-in/out. Had total privacy the entire time. And the place was spotless and abjoy to come back to after a night out. It acted as a perfect honeymoon home-base. Downtown was a 15min walk away and it was easy to head North or South on the main highway from the property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key stay with all the amenities and appliances one could want.

Kona Coast Vacations gets a 5 star rating from us for their customer service. KCV checked in with us on our first day after checking in to see if we needed anything. Then I called KVC to report that one of the beach chairs left for customer use was broken when we went to use it, which I know that that was not on KCV but that KCV will let the owner know. The complex had a breaker go out causing a power outage for the whole complex. When I contacted KCV they contacted the maintenance person and checked with us if we needed any flashlights while the issue was being worked on. Great customer service. As always, we enjoy this condo because of the ocean view, the proximity to town etc. We have now stayed at this same unit Sea Village 3310 about 7 times, and we always enjoy our stay. Over the years we have noticed that some items might need to be updated. The bed mattress has a dip on one side. The portable AC seems to work fine but seemed to work hard to really cool down the living area. I noticed that the filter was clogged with lint. Overall, this has been our favorite condo to stay at in the last 9 years, even thru new owners and property managers.
