This condo is very spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is 1/4 mile from the beach and the pool area is a little closer than that. Having stayed at a lot of short term rentals (and we used to own one too), we were surprised at how many rules there are and how much information there is. So much, that it conflicts with itself. For example, the rule book says you must wash all towels before you leave, but then you get another set of rules before checking out that says you must NOT wash towels before you leave. It’s just a bit too many rules and that does add a little stress. Other than that, it was lovely.

Easy process

The condo is everything you could ask for and more. Beautiful layout, clean, comfortable, well stocked, not even a 5 minute walk to the beach club. The beach club is phenomenal. Close to everything in Waikoloa. The condo is about a 40 minute drive to downtown Kona, very easy drive though. It felt like home instantly and was our favorite place out of 3 we stayed at on the island.

My wife and I have stayed at this property before because we really like the amenities of the complex (e.g., pool, spa, lanai) and its walking distance to the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace, or a quick walk to the bar at the Marriott or Lava Lava club. The Island Gourmet Market at the Queen's Marketplace is a great place to pickup key groceries, beach essentials or a quick bite from the wide selection offered at the deli.
