We all loved our stay, the condo was very clean and comfortable with the multiple AC units. We had really good communication with the property manager and the concierge service they provide was a nice added bonus to help us book excursions. The condo was fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, sun screen, umbrellas, beach towels, games etc. We ran out of propane the first night but they had an extra tank ready to go. Dishes were clean and appliances worked well. The view of the golf course and the ocean from the balcony really makes the place a great rental. The only downside is the road/highway to and from town is gridlock all the time, but this is in no way a reflection of the rental itself. Thank you for hosting us.

This was a great place to stay for the Ironman World Championship. Close to grocery shopping and Longs Drugs and easy access to the Queen K and Kuikini or if we wanted to drive along Ali’i. We didn’t use the Kona Trolley but it was close by if we wanted to use that transport option. We appreciated the king size beds and AC in all the bedrooms and it was nice for 4 adults. The view from the balcony was relaxing and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The pool had a spectacular view of the ocean and the property itself had beautiful foliage and flowers throughout. We had a wonderful trip to the Big Island and look forward to returning soon. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous views of the golf course and expansive ocean. Pools on site were fantastic for evening swimming and hanging out. Well stocked kitchen and great AC. We will definitely be staying here again!

This place was great, spacious, clean and cozy. Perfect for relaxing and using it as a launching point for adventures. In a quiet neighborhood on a golf course.

Best beautifully remodeled unit. AC even in the loft. Great views and the best for morning walks to the bay. Really awesome trail to a gorgeous cove just 3/4 mile from the unit. Minutes to a little shopping center. Short drive to town, snorkeling beaches, yummy Black Rock pizza in Captain Cook and so much more. It’s our second time at this location and this unit was the best by far. Three pools and hot tubs are perfect for evening swims after days at the beach or out exploring the island. Property is managed exceptionally well. We had a precious flying squirrel stuffed animal left behind and they reached out so my brother could pick it up and so it home! Mahalo for everything!

This property was amazing, beautifully decorated along with EVERYTHING you might need. Our family of 5 enjoyed every minute here. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning made the condo nice and cool, which is necessary in June, and we had everything we needed to make meals here. Will definitely stay here again when we return.
