Such a lovely location right on the ocean. Condo is super clean and as a bonus it’s air conditioned as well. A unit to cool the living spaces and a unit in each room, all work really well to cool down the whole condo. But when the evening comes we would open the lanai and let the cool ocean breeze in. Checkin was great and communication was simple and ample with the property management. The location is just off the beaten path but close enough to walk into “town”. It’s a super quiet condo and since it is on the 3rd floor we had no upper noise, bonus! However, one small detail that may effect your stay is the fact it is on the 3rd floor so no elevator. That didn’t take away from our wonderful stay for us as a family but I could see it being a problem for some as luggage and groceries can get heavy after a while of up and down. All and all, this condo is a really nice with spectacular views and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

What a fantastic home base for our nine day Big Island vacation. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, mats, beach towels, even a couple coolers. Amazing sunsets and early morning dolphin visits were the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return.

It was truly a great place to stay - It could have been a little more updated however I think the price would be much higher. I would 100% stay here again - It was a great spot to see the “city” at night and see the sealift during the day. I really hope we can book this same condo in the future. Oh, and there is a yummy coffee place really close.

Property was in a great location with nice view of the ocean. very clean. close to restaurants.
