This place was superb! From the cleanliness to the organized detail of the labels and booklet that listed everything from procedures and activities on the Big Island-I was astounded at the effort and precision given to this condo. The decoration was spot on, TVs were great, the view was amazing and I loved having the ocean view each day. It is located about 5 minutes from the Kona strip with many shops, restaurants and the Farmers Market and about 10 minutes from a Walmart and other stores. Some beaches around but the biggest one was 30 minutes away at Kua Bay. The A/C worked well. I would suggest having more blankets for the bed since the "comforter" is more like a luxurious sheet. The bathroom is cute but it does get stuffy in there. Located on the 3rd floor so be mindful when bringing heavy luggage. Local wildlife around including birds, geckos, and the occasional mongoose. Loved staying here and would return if we come back to the Big Island!

Had a great stay here! Loved the salt water pool right on the ocean and the locals that frequented it were so welcoming, they even invited us to join they’re July 4th party they had at the salt water pool! The unit was very nice and very well equipped. The view from the lanai was as good as it is in the pics which isn’t always the case on some vaca rentals! Great little market right next door. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting something more comfortable and less expensive than a nice hotel!

We were amazed at the unit and the complex. We highly enjoyed the peaceful environment of the complex. Well maintained, thank you Steve. Every morning we had coffee at the beach area. Unit was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. A/C was good. Overall A+. We plan to return. Mahalo.

We stayed here for over a week and it was beautiful. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, fast wifi we used to attend a few work calls, and an unbeatable view! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this property! From the location to the beach gear to the air conditioning to the washer and dryer, it was perfect! I will have to say that one of the best parts of staying at this condo was the complimentary concierge, David. He was quick to respond with answers to our questions and every recommendation he made was exactly what we wanted. (At one point I honestly thought he was reading my mind... LOL) We look forward to staying here again!
