Great location and views. Loved the salt water pool facing the ocean. This condo had nice extras like a closet with a cooler and ice packs, a boogie board and snorkel gear, and beach mats and a beach umbrella. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a lovely stay in unit 306! The ONLY thing that I found disappointing was that the deck of the unit. It was covered in bird poop and dirt when we arrived. I spent an hour on our first day sweeping and scrubbing the deck so that I would feel comfortable sitting out at the table. The furniture on the deck could also use an upgrade or just a good scrubbing. The positives were definitely the casa's location, environment, and the salt water pool is probably one of the best! The king bed is also a huge plus!

Clean. Nice TVs. Great lanai. Comfortable furniture and bed. Fans everywhere and central AC. Kitchen had all necessities. Switches all labeled. Good decor - not a bunch of annoying nick backs! Towels were insufficient.

Really loved this upstairs unit and property as a whole. It was very quiet and calm. Mostly older folks staying or living there either part or full time. Many people gathered at the sea wall every night at sunset for drinks, dinner or simply to watch the beautiful sunset. We rushed home each night so we wouldn't miss it and enjoyed mingling with others. Good partial view of the ocean from the lanai. Comfortable king sized bed. Sleeper sofa was nice.

Although this isn't a top of the line unit it was clean, comfortable and very efficient for two people. You could tell the owner really did their best to include small comforts that made it very much like home or like you were renting from family or a friend. It was also very quiet with the elevator very close which was nice. Many of the guests were long time visitors which gave it a community feel. The salt water pool and the layout around it was really terrific. There is no washer and dryer in unit but the complex laundry was clean and easy to use if you wanted too. Parking was a little challenging especially when you came in later in the evening but one call to the management company let us know we could park in the parking lot outside the gate. Walking into downtown Kona is possible (less than 2 miles) but Ali Blvd is really busy these days so be prepared for traffic nearly all the time. We would recommend this unit to others for sure and are hoping ourselves to go back to Kona next year and this unit will be on the top of the list.

The apartment was very well kept and clean. Our favorite part was eating on the porch with a view of the ocean. It was a short drive to restaurants and stores so it was very well located. I would definetley reccomend staying here.
