This townhouse was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. It had everything a family of 4 could possibly need. The pool was close by but I never heard anyone over there. The directions to get there are a little wonky but we found it easily. We let ourselves in with the code and never saw any neighbors, only golfers on the course. The rental agency checked in with me via email so they were available if we needed them.

We had a great time staying at Colony Villas 303. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. There were lots of beach accessories which we really enjoyed. Had lots of fun boogie boarding! Location is perfect. Close to lots of beaches and activities. Colony Villas is a fairly quiet resort which we liked. Our kids loved the pool. We will definitely come again!
