This house...this location...this VIEW....all PEFECT!! We loved it. We stay in a lot of vacation rental properties, but this one was probably our favorite of all time!

This house was very nice. The decor is more formal than our family’s taste. Nothing wrong or different from the pictures, just not ideal for young children. As shown in pictures there is a fragile sculpture that is not to be touched but it is tempting for young kids. We kept our kids away but it did require extra vigilance that parents should be aware of. The master is on the main level, all other bedrooms are upstairs above garage- far from master. When traveling with small children this isn’t ideal. But the location was beautiful and so close to a wonderful beach for small kids. We had a great stay. I would recommend this house more for families with older children or couples traveling together. Oceanfront location was perfect for watching sunsets and we enjoyed seeing all the boats moving between the harbor and the pier each morning and evening.

We really enjoyed the views and the beautiful home at Kona Bay Estates. Great location and well stocked kitchen and good communication with the staff.

This is the most beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious vacation home I’ve ever stayed in!! The views are stunning and it’s perfectly located on the island. Our whole family voted this our favorite vacation yet and the home was a major factor in that. Thank you for such an incredible stay! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!
