We were blown away the moment we walked in the door. House was spotless and impeccably maintained. The enormous great room leading to the lanai via a 20 ft. wide sliding door was impressive. The house's layout, furnishings, and decor were ideal. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed 10 comfortably. The backyard oasis was perfect. The listing pictures don't do it justice, and they are very impressive pictures! Pool water was ideal, probably low 80's and the large and private back yard had enough sun and shade to make everyone happy. I can't say enough good about this home, it was the icing on the cake for our family trip to Kona. Thank you!

This home is perfect for 3 generations! We were a group of 10, ages 1 to 70. I would definitely recommend this home .

Close and central to most all activities. Kids and adults had a great time in the pool as well as the local bays. Overall a most excellent experience here in Kona.

This property more than exceeded our expectations. It was so beautiful with the gardens in the backyard. We would sit on the lanai listening to the birds. You couldnt see the neighbours because of all the vegetation. The house was large and roomy for the nine of us. It was all modern and aesthetically beautiful. There was lots of things to help us enjoy our vacation - coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, games. We didnt want to go home!

This house was beautiful and worked very well for our laid back Hawaiian family vacation. Overall, we would absolutely recommend. Just a couple notes: - Neighborhood is lovely but not very close to downtown Kona and other attractions - There is only one, small TV. It was fine but if you want to watch movies or tv as a group, it’s not ideal All in though, the property was even nicer than expected! Thank you!!!

Great venue for our family trip, there were 9 of us and ranged in age from 3 to 72. Plenty of room to spread out, only 2 semi complaints only 1 TV and 1 of the twin bed mattresses is pretty uncomfortable. The kitchen was every well stocked, and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach along with a couple of small ice chest in the garage.
