Beautiful property with fantastic views. It was a family affair with all of our kids, which made it the most memorable, best holiday ever!!!!! We had a couple of issues with the property, but the staff at Kona Coast resort properties were exceptional and quick to reply to our needs. Leah and the team were extremely pleasant to deal with. A+ Two thumbs up to them!!!! We will be back to Kona Marc and Family

We had 6 adults and one small child in our group the the house had great spaces for everyone. The hammock was a hit! The kitchen seemed much larger than the photos and allowed multiple people to do what they needed there. We saw whales out in the ocean (at a distance) every day. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the tree frogs) and we enjoyed taking a coffee tour/tasting nearby.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean , neat and very organized! Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a fantastic and flawless place to stay!

We enjoyed this home immensely for our 9 days on the Big Island. Location is great, close to Kona/ kid friendly beaches, very quiet neighborhood, unreal sunset views. We especially loved the pass through window from the well stocked kitchen to the pool area. Pina coladas anyone? Another thing we all loved was the hot tub being warm all the time and the tropical outdoor shower. The kiddos loved the koi pond, waterfalls into the pool, and appreciated pool toys and DVDs. Beds are comfy and there is good separation of space. Also, David was amazing with recommendations for date nights and all the activities! We would gladly stay at this property again.

IO Way was beautiful! The most amazing sunsets and 180 degree view of the ocean. The weather was completely different at the home from Kona town. My 10 year old was in the pool non stop and we were outside the majority of the time (bring bug spray for mosquitos!). Home was clean except for some walls (hard to reach) and one of the guest baths had a clump of hair. Floors could use a good scrubbing but I guess that's indoor/outdoor living (shoes are never allowed in homes for us). Neighborhood was quiet except for some construction nearby If I had the option to change things, guests would be able to control the waterfalls - sometimes peace and quiet was preferred. No sunscreen or sitting on the patio furniture wet. That's a silly one! The ability to light the Tiki torches - ambience! Sliding doors are incredibly hard to move. Some don't close all the way (master). I'd also add shower doors - water gets all over the place. The gardeners were incredibly kind, announced themselves first. The garbage collector grabbed the cans for us when we forgot to put them out. Would have preferred the pool cleaners to announce themselves before helping themselves to the backyard with their conversation including f-bombs. They also showed up an additional day which wasn't shared in the guest book. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Praying for the islands and its people during this incredibly difficult time.

The Family (3 generations) all agree the home,yard and pool were AWESOME! Met everyones' needs. Excellent WiFi also. The rental people were courteous, very easy to communicate with and readily available to reach. Whomever stays here will not be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay.
