The unit was well equipped and the renovation upgrades were obvious and much appreciated. The patio is well located to take in the lush gardens and pools in both directions, with the sound of birds providing the relaxing ambience one needs while on vacation. The supply of essential staples was complete and appreciated - a wonderful unit!

The owners have clearly put a lot of work and thought into their unit. They had recently upgraded their living room and bedroom. I especially appreciated the high end washer/dryer, massive flat screen tv and comfortable bed. A wonderful place to spend your vacation!

Everything we needed was supplied from kitchen accessories to the bathroom towels and hand soap. The unit was very tidy and we ran into no problems with it. The clothes washer and dryer was nice to have in unit. The large tv and wi-fi came in handy as well. The central A/C was very welcome for those hot days we had. From the lanai we had a good view to the ocean. We used the ocean side salt water pool many times during our stay, was very relaxing. In general, the surrounding property and "beach" area were very well maintained and clean. Being only 1.5 miles or so from downtown Kona, everything was close by that we needed, even a couple nice beaches too. The included beach chairs and cooler was used many times! Was nice to have those in the unit too. Was contacted by kona coast vacations on arrival asking if we had any issues, fortunately we didn't. Overall, it was a great stay for us, sad it had to end!
