Really nice place. We loved the enclosed beach and saltwater pool. Super clean and excellent outdoor grills. I would recommend door mat and Swiffer to tackle sand getting in the unit. I would come here again as it also close to beaches and restaurants.

We enjoyed the Location and the Condo. It has all the things you would want for a short or long stay. The beach stuff was very useful so we didn't have to buy anything extra. The furnishings are all new and comfortable and the art is very tasteful. Lot's of Kitchen appliances as well as pot's and pans. Spices and lots of extra's for every day use. The Condo was very Clean with lot's of Towels and Bedding.

We were happy with the accommodations, the pull-out bed in the living room is comfortable. The stove was fine, the cooking utensils adequate (not great quality, could have used a large frying pan). We did have the water shut down on Thursday mornings due to some repairs, it took awhile for the hot water to return after but Kona Coast was responsive. The grounds are meticulously tended to, lovely. I would be happy to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Our condo. It was clean and comfortable. Our first time was a great experience. Only one thing was somewhat bothersome: the rug. It seemed musty smelling when all windows and doors were closed and we returned to it. Perhaps new no rug flooring could be a solution. Thank you so much. We also loved being near the ocean and sitting on the beach watching the whales and water. stayed 2/21/2017 - 3/7/2017

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
