Gorgeous property. The room suited our needs very well with 2 couples and two teens. Loved having beach gear available. The only two things that were difficult were the distance to the pool was very far and too far to walk for one of our group members. Also, the number of rules at the pool decreased our enjoyment somewhat —can’t bring outside drinks including water, no playing cards allowed and were not allowed to toss toys to be retrieved at the bottom of the pool—a game we play at every place we stay at. Pool very suited to adults but not as family friendly. Hot tub was very nice. Poolside drinks were delicious.

I enjoyed my stay in this property. We had more than we could hope for. Everything was perfect. Loved all of the extras such as access to beach chairs, boohie board, etc. It is a beautiful property and i would definitely return.

Best location on the island! Loved the privacy and amenities at Hali'i Koa.

We stayed in our villa June 2023. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We appreciate all the little details like hand soap, shampoo etc, trash bags, bandaids and the list could keep going. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom (family of 4). The grounds are beautiful and easy walk to shoreline. Kona is about 40 minutes away but beach 69 north of the villa was our favorite. It is a sandy beach with shade. You will not regret renting this villa!

This condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean, well-appointed, and a wonderful location. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), pillows, blankets, and everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen. Our family of 5 was very comfortable! Great location to allow traveling the big island without spending all day in the car. And the beach club is amazing! Highly recommend.

Perfect condo for a 1.5 week family stay in Waikoloa village. Had all of the essentials, and the subdivision (Hali'i Kai) has great amenities including a fantastic pool. Highly recommended!
