Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My whole extended family, including my parents and brother’s family, totaling 9 people really enjoyed our stay. The location on the water was beautiful and walking distance to beaches in both directions on Alii drive. We even fished right off the rocks in front of the house. The sunsets were amazing and we even saw some whales and dolphins. Inside, the house had everything we needed. We cooked often while the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and small pool. Wayne was a great property manager who had the TV replaced when it broke. I would highly recommend the house to anybody who is looking for more than a house on a golf course.

Location was wonderful with short walks to both a wonderful snorkel beach and a sandy beach. Away from the busyness of Kona itself.

The bedrooms are all spacious & the bed are very comfortable. The swimming pool & hot tub are a big bonus. When we go back to Kona we will definitely rent this house again. *****
