This was probably the nicest and cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless, comfortable. The surrounding complex was lovely. The only drawback was that it was quite a drive (45 minutes) from the best snorkeling on the island. Despite that, we would stay here again!

It was very relaxing, a nice respite after a week of hectic travelling around. The Vista unit D201 has a great view, very private balcony with very comfortable furniture and a nice private dining area. The unit itself is bright, clean and tastefully decorated. It is well equipped with everything you would need and very comfortable. We loved it.

The condo was spacious and very well appointed. The attention to detail was a very welcome surprise. It felt like we were at home on vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful short stay at Vista Waikoloa D201! The unit is conveniently located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, either a short drive or a longer walk away from beautiful A-Bay beach, nearby shops and restaurants. The unit itself is clean and well maintained with plenty of room, comfortable beds and living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and lots of outdoor lanai space as well. Beach towels were provided, but we did not find any other beach equipment in the unit. We found this to be a convenient location for our exploring on the Kona side of the island, which included a day at Hapuna Beach State Park just 15 minutes to the north and a day trip to Pu'uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park and other sights further south on the Big Island. Complex was very quiet and we would not hesitate to book this unit again!
