The property was spacious, light and bright. I was within walking distance to all shops and the beach. I would recommend this unit to others.

We've stayed in Waikaloa many times, several times at the Shores. This is a nicely located unit. Missed a couple of things usually found in these units like placemats and BIG beach towels, really tiny little toaster.This ground level unit has poor sound insulation in the ceiling and we heard every step the lady upstairs took back and forth and back and forth. AC worked great and quietly:)

We loved the condo, and the location was perfect for us. We had family nearby, and it was easy enough to access the areas we wanted to visit. The only complaint/warning: if it says A/C , it doesn’t necessarily mean you will be able to make it as cold as you are used to. Ours was limited to 73 degrees, which was not close to cool enough for my spouse. Some property listings specify this; all of them should. For that reason alone, we would look for another property for next year, but if that doesn’t concern you, this place is great.
