This condo was a great place for our family during our visit to the big island. It was clean, centrally located and having the twin beds in the guest room was great for our teens. Thank you for everything!

This property was a very conveniently located condo that my family and I were happy at during our stay. It seems mostly retired residents and travelers who rent. Unfortunately due to Covid there are no seats around the pool area to lounge on, so keep that in mind if you are considering purchasing beach chairs. Would have also preferred to have proper blankets on the beds instead of the sheets and duvet covers, but overall the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was the perfect size for two adults....or two additional small children. Nicely appointed and comfortable...and located on the first hole of the Waikoloa Beach Course! Enjoyed watching the golfers! You can walk everywhere in Waikoloa. Nice condo..,we will return.

Making our plans to go back to Hawaii to celebrate birthdays and bring grandchildren was an easy decision and so was our accommodation. Having stayed in the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort twice before I started my quest comparing it with other places and truly ... for the value, accessibility to shops, beaches and in villa amenities this place has even the near by big hotels beat. We stayed in condo B21 which is a two bedroom condo with a golf view. Mornings with the sun on the lanai, evenings with a full view of the starry skies over the pitch black golf greens made beautiful memories and satisfying relaxing moments. Our condo was a sufficient size for 5 (3 adults and 2 children). It was clean, welcoming, new towels and amenities for our 11 day stay. Our flight brought us in near midnight but the instructions on how to get to the condo and what to do to access parking etc. were very clear. Choosing this location gave us the option of staying in the condo to eat or stepping out for a stroll with any food establishment a 5-7 minute walk or a short minute drive away. We dined at the Marriott and behind the Kings Shops on the Kings Lake at the Island Fish and Chips and whatever was in between. It was easy finding quick non expensive dining as it was to sit and enjoy spending a few extra dollars in higher eating establishments. The beaches in the area are easy access with Hapuna Beach about a 20 minute drive north. It's beautiful and worth going to. The Kona Coast Vacation service company handling the condo was excellent communicating and welcoming us as well as sending instructions on what to do before departure. I highly recommend this particular property, B21 in Fairway Villas in Waikoloa Beach Resort. It made our holiday a very special and enjoyable time for all of our family that came. We thank the owners for the kindness in offering their home as a home to strangers, we enjoyed staying and if the future allows would love to revisit this particular condo. Your golf view is the best. Thank you again from our hearts.
