It was quiet, in a great location for driving around the island, a short walk to a lovely beach. Good restaurants a short walk away but it never felt like we were in a commercial area. I’d go back.

Perfect stay on the big island! Wonderful condo, just as described. Extremely close to the pool, beach, lava lava beach club, and all the shops. I would 100% stay here again. Everything you need in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable

We recently spent a wonderful week in Waikoloa staying in the Kolea 16H condo. With 2 big en-suite bedrooms, it was perfect for me and my wife and her brother. The condo was roomy with a big kitchen, living room and lanai. The clothes dryer was helpful for drying wet bathing suits and towels. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the nearby Kolea Beach Club, which provides easy access to Waikoloa beach. Kolea is close to several restaurants and a grocery store, which was handy for stocking up on food and beverages. We also swam with the dolphins at the nearby Hilton. We recommend Kolea for a vacation on the sunny side of the big island of Hawaii.

Great, clean, roomy place to stay. Property management company is quickly available for any questions. Very quiet. Excellent washer & dryer.

My family – including two kids ages 12 and 8 – had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as described and pictured, and we just loved it. Also, we really appreciated the outstanding & proactive communication from the property manager. They were extremely informative and even helped us book a very cool excursion (night manta ray snorkeling - do NOT miss it!) prior to our arrival on the island. We would absolutely stay here again.
