If I could give this place 6 stars I would! The place was super clean and well furnished for our group of 4 (2 couples). The location was great as it was close to a beach, shopping plaza, as well as only a short drive to the more busy area of the Kona. Never heard any neighbor at any time so if you want peace and quiet you'll also find that. Beds were large and comfy. The pool and the hot tub were a great bonus too. Whenever I return to the big island in the future I will for sure be booking here again!

Overall great. The infrared barbecue not a good idea for renters. It didn’t work most times. On the other hand a very well equipped unit.

For family of 5 stayed here in unit 303 for our 2 week vacation and enjoyed it so much better than a hotel/resort like we've done in the past when visiting the Big Island! Our only complaint is that the loft area does get pretty hot with the not being an AC unit up there, but it wouldn't deter us from booking the unit again. We loved that we had so much space and a full kitchen (fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking/eating)! We also loved that all of the extra small amenities were already in the unit, so we didn't have to run out and purchase everything! Plenty of beach equipment supplied and a super peaceful and serene location with a great view! We definitely recommend this unit, especially for anyone that doesn't want to be in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of "downtown Kona", but still wants to be close enough that it's only about a 10 minute drive to it. We will for sure be looking in to staying here again the next time we vacation on the Big Island!

Our condo was great! It had all the nice upgrades. It fit our family perfectly and we loved the lanai. We sat out in the lanai daily and watched the views! We definitely recommend this unit.

This is a tastefully decorated condo right on Ali'i Drive. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona, but still close enough to be convenient. The condo was clean and well-cared for, and we appreciated all the beach amenities. The concierge services were fantastic. David helped us book an amazing Sunrise at the summit of Mauna Kea experience. It was so beautiful.

If you are looking for a place to stay for two or more families, you might not find a better place in Kona. It has everything you need for your life. It also has parasols for swimming, beach chairs and boogie boards. It would be better if you play golf, but the view in front of the 18th hole and the beach sunset are great!
