Very nice stay at the Fairways again. This unit has very comfortable bedding and a very nice and private lanai and grilling area. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes however guest will need to supply cooking oils and most spices. Also, pick up extra cleaning supplies like paper towels and dish brush to tidy up if staying beyond 5 days. A very lovely and comfortable unit!! Look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a great time at the Fairways 1104. Lovely property with lots of great amenities. The house was comfortable and well located. Fairways complete has well kept beautiful grounds and a great pool. We would definitely book through Kona Coast in the future all of our interactions with you were quick and easy. 

This is an excellent place to stay. The beach pass is invaluable for convenience. Snorkeling there was good and the restaurant on site was great for lunch. This unit was very clean and well equipped.

Honestly, one of the first times a property has exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness, perks, and communication was excellent. I also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. Having such a nice place to stay made it so easy to really enjoy our vacation.

Home is emmaculate! Well stocked kitchen with basic spices. An abundance of beach gear…snorkeling, cooler, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys! Comfortable beds. Fairways community is quiet and well maintained. Communication with property manager was simple and efficient. I would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
