Everything was great! Loved the layout and location. Was well-equipped and comfortable. Communication with Kona Coast Vacations was terrific. Only slight negative was price but we know it’s a popular time of year and very little inventory when we booked. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. It was just my daughter, mother and I celebrating my daughter's 13th birthday. The grounds are so beautiful. I had stayed at your villas 16 years ago on my honeymoon. And it looks today, just as beautiful as it did back then. You have done a fabulous job of maintaining the property. Thank you for the beautiful property. It was a clean, wonderful & easy to find location, with clear instructions and expectations. We hope to come again, very soon!

Easy to book. The couch is a sofa sleeper, even though they said it wasn’t! We easily extended a day. The location is convient to pretty much everything. I’d recommend the third floor for quietness, and it is on a golf course so there is some early morning maintenance now and again.

Clean and well appointed

We really enjoyed staying at the Fairway Villas. It’s quiet and peaceful and we love the watching the early morning sunrise come up over the mountain. Had a wonderful two weeks with our friends.

We had a great time and were very happy with the unit. We had stayed in building E previously, and preferred the view there, however this unit was better overall. The beach items were great to have and we had enough of everything we needed (save for shampoo, which we anticipated and planned for). The only items that would have improved our stay were new mattresses (the primary bed was firm, yet flat and not supportive, and the one twin bed was incredibly squeaky) and adding an extra chair in the living room. Overall the unit was clean, but could use some extra cleaning under the furniture. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and love Fairways Villas!
