This is our second time staying at the Kona Isle. Our first time at B38. The complex is clean and location is great. We enjoyed the sandy beach next to the ocean and barbecues. The unit was clean with a comfortable bed, very good quality kitchen supplies, and we appreciated the beach chairs provided. Although the barstools and table on the Lania were good quality and attractive, we would have preferred more comfortable chairs. As a result, we made the mistake of moving a comfortable inside rattan chair out to the Lania, but we were quickly reminded this was not allowed, so we moved the chair inside immediately. For us, other than the seating on the Lania, the place was perfect! A bonus during our stay was the red glowing sky we could see from the Lania on clear nights that came from the Mona Loa Volcano.

Great location, loved the lanai, all the furnishings were lovely, would definitely stay here again

Lovely condo. We checked in at night so it was hard to find our place and know where to park. I didn’t have the app so maybe they explained that. Overall, a good stay.

For my husband it was a bucket list stay and to compete in the Kona Ironman. B38 was our home away from home. It had all we required, plus the bonus of listening, and watching the ocean. Would have been nice to have been closer to the event, but a bonus when we caught the bus! Probably not an issue when no ironman event!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and property. The condo was nice, clean, and had everything we needed with the exception of spices, foil, baggies, saran wrap. They do have beach chairs, umbrella and a Styrofoam cooler which it didn't state it had on the description so that was nice. The property grounds were beautiful and the pool was rarely busy. It had a perfect location right in Kona. We would definitely stay here again.
