The property was amazing for our group. We enjoyed the views, walks along the rocks, and the proximity to many adventures while having some privacy. We enjoyed the open air doors and the round glass table for game playing.

The house and the location are simply gorgeous. As you sip your sundowner drink, and stare at the Technicolor sunset, you think life doesn't get any better than this. And then a humpback whale breaches right in front of the house, and you are simply in awe. We loved the house, all the amenities, the perfect location right on the water, the proximity to town and to Honokohau harbor where all the boat tours start. We would love to come back!

Our family vacation could not have been any better, and I cannot express how much I appreciate your company doing everything they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Such a blessing in a time when customer service is almost obsolete.   First, the home. The home was clean, well stocked, and exactly as it appeared on-line. The layout provided plenty of room for my 2 sons and their families. The location is AMAZING! It was delightful to watch the sunset every evening, to walk to the baby beach with my granddaughter, to jog to town in the morning and get coffee, and to walk to the playground near the Old Airport. I appreciated your clear directions, expectations, payment schedules, and an actual person that took calls when necessary. Please thank the security personnel as they tolerated our repeated attempts to get the code scanner at the gate to work. That was the only thing that was even minorly problematic the entire time we were on Kona.  Second, David the concierge. He was fantastic in helping plan a manta ray diving adventure, and his suggestions on getting to the volcano. I appreciated him reaching out to help and his consistent professionalism. He returned phone calls and messages. Again, not something I take for granted anymore.   This was our first vacation as a family of 7 and it could not have been better. We would recommend your company, David, and the home.

Excellent communications and follow-up with management company. Great ability to reach them during off-hours. Beautifully appointed—has everything you need—and more. Fantastic sunrises and sunsets. The only downside was entering the neighborhood after dark on our arrival day. Extremely dark and no way to see addresses. Had we not run into a security guard who was riding around, we would never have found this unit. Addresses are not visible at all at night. Either provide lights on addresses or tell guests how many units to pass before they arrive at this address. Would highly recommend this unit.

The only downsides were the unexpected visit from the pool maintenance person, the existence of a public pathway between the house and the ocean, and the back bedrooms were located away from the view and pool.
