This house was perfect for my family’s needs. Kid friendly beach access 25 steps away. Yet still very private. We will definitely be returning. Very nice property, just as described.

Lovely family time in this gorgeous home which we found to be exactly as pictured - 180 degree views of the sea, spacious with room for everyone, well equipped kitchen we could create meals in and spend time together enjoying the surrounding gardens that created privacy from other homes, watching dolphins and whales swim by several mornings. Hot tub to watch soul-filling sunsets from every night! Nearby community pool where my daughter could swim with the Kona Aquatics team (arranged previously). Beach and lava rocks to walk on from house. Shops/restaurants nearby (must go to Paradise Bakery for hot malasadas). KCV was responsive and helpful but not intrusive. Washer/dryer was great to have to do loads of towels which were provided. Lots of snorkel gear/beach chairs at the house (though not guaranteed) which we used. Would highly recommend and would rent again or explore one of the other amazing homes in this neighborhood! Aloha!

3 couples shared this beautiful ocean front home. We loved having plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedrooms and baths. It was also very easy to cook dinner and enjoy the outdoor seating. There is public beach access and there is a fair amount of traffic along the pedestrian wall which runs along the ocean front and is about 25 feet or so from the back porch. So, there are several people checking out the house and the people using it.

For an absolutely wonderful property to stay on the island of Hawaii...you will have a hard time finding something equal or better. We own our own home on the California coast and always enjoy looking for an alternative ocean front home elsewhere in the world to vacation. Kona Bay Estates 23 will most likely be at the top of your vacation home experiences. The highlights are numerous- Ocean front with great blow hole type wave activity within 100 yards of the most beautiful lanai outfitted with very comfortable dining and lounging furniture for our entire family. The beds and bedding were splendid. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary cooking gadgets and high end appliances. A very calm swimming lagoon within 75 footsteps from the home. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrella and sand toys and snorkel gear for our use. The landscaping alone brings on a calm of its own. Wonderful, wonderful property. Thank you so much for sharing.
