Had a wonderful, peaceful stay at this unit. Very clean and nice decor with everything you needed from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and ice chests! One of the reasons we chose this unit was for the separate large tub but it wasn’t usable, disappointed but since everything else was over and above our expectations, I give it 5 stars! We’ll definitely ask for this unit again!

Comfortable place to stay in a lovely, well-kept, small condo complex. Beautiful garden areas, pool and beach area overlooking the ocean. Lots of outdoor gathering places and friendly people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 8 nights at Casa De Emdeko 202. The grounds were perfect. We spent quite a few days just hanging by the saltwater pool and manmade beach on the property. We used the very nearby convenience store/liquor store a couple times, but only in a pinch as it was expensive. The property itself (202) was outdated and could certainly use some updating. The most disturbing thing was that the faucet in the tub was rusted! You must replace that. Also, the location of the condo is probably one of the worst locations in the complex. It's in the far back - away from the ocean - and you look right out to the open lobby and they can see right in. Now, all this being said, we still had an amazing time. However, next time, we will book a condo closer to the ocean and one that looks more updated. Of course, the price was right for this place. Just under $100/night before taxes! We will be back!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the basics needed to immediately settle in. Loved the facility, and especially the salt water pool. Convenient location for sight seeing, and perfect for just relaxing.

Kona Coast staff are prompt, helpful and polite and feel very fortunate to have found the vacancy we did.
