Love staying at Country Club Villas. We've stayed at a few of these condos and this is one of the nicest. Lots of space and great location. Love the pool and hot tub area.

Beautiful, well appointed condo with comfortable beds and furniture The view is lovely although at this time of year the sun sets right behind the tree out front so we walked up to the pool to watch the sunset. The road noise was a bit louder and continuous than I expected and there was a lot of early morning grounds-keeping activity at the golf course. But with the nice AC we could keep the windows shut at night and not be bothered in the morning by the noise.

We had a wonderful in Kona Hawaii, the condo we stayed in was absolutely wonderful. The concierge was very helpful when we had questions. Kona vacations kept informed well in advance of our arriving. Thanks to our good friend Steve for recommending. We will definitely use them again and have referred them to family and friends. Thanks

The condo was very well equipped with cooking gear, kitchen supplies and lots of extras you wouldn't expect including labeled light switches. Boogey boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, ice chests, laundry baskets and soap, and a nice bar-b-cue. The tile floors aren't real clean but are hard to get clean. Dishes and utensils were not clean but they never are so it all got a run through the dishwasher before use to be sterile. Nice dishwasher and refrigerator-almost new. The sliding door is very hard to open and close. I got the sliding screen repaired so it slides way better but the door needs work. Comfortable beds, towels smell nice, tons of clean linens and beach towels are provided. Nice pool with warm water! Quiet complex with few kids around-no noisy ones anyway. Parking is tight and limited for visitors but no problems for us. Store is close and can be walked to. Super view and sunsets! Walk to the ocean, scuba and snorkeling very close. We really enjoyed our stay here for 9 days with few problems and few needs that were not provided by the very particular owner. Mikasa dishwater and nice quality cookware. The water tastes funny but seems to be the same everywhere on the island. The filtered faucet is disconnected. We were impressed the owner tried hard to set the place up with everything needed as if she was staying there herself. No need to paint when the single roll of complimentary toilet paper runs out the first night. There was an ample supply for 2 people for 9 days on hand upon arrival and we appreciate that. Could have used a second roll of paper towels. All in all a very nice place and we will stay there again no question and recommend it to friends and family. Drying rack on deck was a blessing. Passing golfers in carts on the fairway below was entertaining--especially the guy in the rain with his daughter who was not having a good time. Despite the "manual" saying there is no recycling there actually is in the trash shack so set a bag aside for plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Again, the owner clearly tries really hard to provide a super nice fully equipped condo. You can't help but enjoy your stay here!

The property of the complex is great! Three pools to choose from. All kept clean. The condo it self was fabulous. Tile through out. Nice and clean. Well equipped with things for the beach towels, chairs and coolers. The sunsets from the lanai are breath taking. Condo was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great place.
