This condo met all our needs. Had a beautiful pool, parking and a place to barbecue. As well as gorgeous flowers and landscaping. We had an ocean view which was wonderful as we saw whales and dolphins almost daily. All equipment and amenities were working. We had a small issue and it was taken care of promptly. Short walking distance to town which we loved.

Had an amazing stay and view! A little smaller in person than the photos show, but plenty of space for our family of 3 adults. Clean and plenty of beach gear in the closets!

Great view, comfortable beds, and complete kitchen-ware. No air conditioning. Fan works great but prefer air-con. Add beach chairs and surfing board would be a super plus.

College friend and Icelebrating our 48 year friendship. This condo was perfect. Beautiful views from the lanai, near downtown Kona , trolly service was very useful. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. One of the highlights was the octopus farm !!! Wonderful !!!

North side lani was nice and comfortable all day long. Enjoyed the quiet pool with mostly seniors. We looked over the complex next door pool area. At times that area got pretty noisy. Third time at this complex and would go back.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was spotless, had everything we needed for the week, and the views were amazing. We will definitely stay again when visiting Kona.
