We had 7 adults and one teenager. We loved the location of the house and listening to and watching the waves crash on the rugged coast. It was hypnotic. It is located between two beaches, both about a half mile away, easily walkable. The home is very convenient with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The kitchen is the most stocked with utensils and cookware and bowls of any rental I have ever been in, plus basic food supplies. Lots of balconies for everyone to enjoy. Lots of beach towels for guests to use and water toys (boogie boards, noodles, snorkel gear and beach chairs) Hope we can come back again.

The house has a beautiful view and is located close enough to beach, dining, shopping etc. It was clean and well stocked, but is showing some sign of age and exposure to salt air. That said, I would gladly stay here again next time to Kona

At breakfast the first morning we saw spinner dolphins from the wide-open-patio-doors as we ate. At lunch on day 3 we watched a whale swim north along the shore. On our last night we saw an unparallelled sunset. We walked north 5 minutes to go boogie-boarding; south 5 minutes to snorkel. Each night we fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing just in front of our windows. It was brilliant. A few screens and windows and patio locks were rusted shut or open from sea-mist - it made no difference at all to the fantastic experience we had here. We cant wait to come again.

Wayne was super responsive to all inquiries. The view from the property is spectacular. The kitchen and the garage were fully stocked. Overall, the experience at property surpassed our expectations.

Absolutely the perfect location for our group. Very close to magic sands beach, and KTA grocery store. About a 2 hour drive to the volcano. House was very well stocked with supplies. Mahalo to Kona Sunset Vacation rentals
