We loved this property. The grounds are well maintained and the waterfront view is excellent. The balcony is in the shade in the morning so we consistently enjoyed breakfast and some reading there and then headed out. The bed was very comfortable, the furnishings were solid and in good shape, not wicker/ patio like in other bookings we’ve had. The kitchen dishes and glassware were plentiful and in very good shape. All appliances were good. The spilt AC kept the living area cool and the ceiling fan and box fan were fine if you happened to be in the bedroom in the high heat of the day but we were usually out most of the day and then only needed the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for comfortable temperatures, didn’t need the AC full time. Bathroom was all good, just hold the toilet handle down a bit longer than the norm to fully flush. Supplies provided- paper towels, TP, dishwasher tabs, washing machine detergent, garbage bags were all sufficient for our entire 9 day stay. The unit had two beach chairs and two folding deck chairs. We used the beach chairs daily and took the two deck chairs to Waimea to sit in to watch the Christmas parade, they were ideal. We were so content with this booking we booked it for next year while we were there.

This condo is a perfect, affordable place to stay if you are looking to stay on The Big Island in Kona! It’s is BEAUTIFULLY remodeled and the view is absolutely STUNNING. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. My husband and I visited for our 10 year anniversary and this condo could not have been any better. We loved loved loved our stay!

Great Airbnb with a beautiful ocean view!
Everything was very clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. We loved that it felt private while still being in a condo complex. The neighbors were all quiet and respectful.
The location isn’t particularly walkable, but it’s a quick 5 min drive to Kona downtown, and a great launch place for going all over the island.
There was now shower essentials (shampoo, body wash, etc.), which was a bummer. The Airbnb had some beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas which came in very handy.
The AC is in the living room, so it didn’t reach the bedroom very well. For our stay in May, it was more than enough for a comfortable night of sleep.
Reserved parking spot was very nice, as many other places don’t have reserved parking.
Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend for anyone not interested in nightlife.

Beautiful place, friendly community, the views were amazing and the waves crashing all day and night created a great ambiance. Fantastic!
